Q. How do I log onto your website?
 

A. Click on the "Log In" link at the top of our website. 
If this is your first time ordering with our company, please click on the "Register" button. If you have added items to your shopping cart as a "Guest" they will remain in your cart after you log in.
If you are an existing customer, please type your email address and password in the "Returning Customer" field. 

 

Q. What is the difference between "Registered" and "Unregistered" Log In?
 

A. Registered Customer Benefits: 
Easy checkout - all customer information (except credit card info) will be saved
Permanent cart - product will stay in your cart until you checkout or delete the items (even when you leave the web site)

Order history
Alternate shipping addresses
Shipment tracking 

Unregistered customers will not be able to check out without creating an account. (The benefits above are not available for unregistered customers.)

 

Q. Why didn't I receive my password email?
 

A. If you did not receive our email with your password, please check your junk/spam folder for the email or try modifying your spam filter

 

Q. Why is my password not working

 

A. Please keep in mind that our passwords are case sensitive. Also, if you copied and pasted your password make sure that you are not copying an extra space in front of or behind the password.

 

Q.What are the benefits of creating an account?

 

A. Creating an account with chitchatjewellery.com allows you to shop faster, track the status of your current orders, review your previous orders, and write product reviews. 

 

Q. What are the secrets of a good password?

A. Make your passwords easy to remember with a few twists to make them hard to guess. A good password should contain the following: Substitute numbers for letters, mix upper case letters, and make them at least six characters long.

 

Q. Will you store my credit card information?

A. For your protection we do not store credit card numbers on our web servers. See our Secure Payments section.

 

Q. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

A. Our prices are at affordable prices depending on materials used and time spent. We are not looking a mass producing pieces so that they are kept unique. If you want to buy items that are not in the limited edition category you can contact us for a flat wholesale price. 

 

Q. What does LE or Limited Edition Mean?

A. Limited Edition (or LE as an abbreviation) means that the item is not stocked on a permanent basis. We have handmade a limited quantity and once the inventory has been sold, the item will be discontinued from our website. We will not offer back orders on Limited Edition items.

Terms of Sale and Payment Options

Email Orders. We accept email orders as long as the payment is done by wire transfer. Please email: hi@chitchatjewellery.com

Paypal.  You can buy using your PayPal balance or directly from your bank account, debit card, or credit card. Whichever payment method you choose, your financial information is secure by Paypal. 

Bank Wire. We accept payments by bank wire.  Please note that this will delay the shipping of your order until we have a confirmed transfer from our bank.

Cheque. We accept payments by Cheque.  Please note that this will delay the shipping of your order until we have a confirmed transfer from our bank.

COD - Cyprus Only. We accept email orders as long as the payment is done by wire transfer. Please email: hi@chitchatjewellery.com

 

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include a copy of the invoice; and use sufficient packing material to ensure the items arrive undamaged, you will be required to cover the postage costs.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is for the purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, swapped, or otherwise given out under any circumstances. 

Catalogue Pricing Integrity.

 

All prices in our catalogue were current at the time of publication. While every effort has been made to maintain our everyday low prices, market conditions and manufacturers price increases may necessitate price adjustments. Gold and Silver prices may change due to the volatile nature of the market. Our current pricing is on this web site. We may also adjust pricing in the catalogue due to typographical errors.

 

Back orders.

 

We do our best to keep all of our items in stock for immediate delivery. However, occasionally back orders do occur. In the event of a back order, we charge only for the items shipped at that time. Any items back ordered will be charged and shipped as soon as they come into stock. There are no additional shipping charges added to back ordered items. 

Note: All back ordered items totalling less than 5.00 euros, or items on back order for more than 30 days, will be cancelled in our system. Please add those items to your next order. 

There are no back orders on 'Limited Edition' items. Please e-mail or call our team if you do not wish to keep your items on backorder.
